1.  CONTACT AND REQUEST PHASE

After you express interest in commissioning my services, I will request the following of you:

  • Your email address;

  • Your request, as detailed as possible;

  • A reference image (optional).

I will only begin working on your commission after I receive these.

2.  SKETCH AND APPROVAL PHASE

First, I will draw a sketch of your request. This will be done and sent to you as soon as possible, according to my schedule and availability.

This phase will be used for making any large-scale alterations to your commission, such as character poses, clothing, and background. If any changes are requested, new sketches will be made until you are satisfied and fully approve the sketch.

Any large-scale alterations requested AFTER the sketch phase will be charged accordingly.

If you are satisfied with the sketch, we may move forward with your commission.

3.  PAYMENT PHASE

With your approval of the final sketch, I will go through the prices with you, and payment will be requested.

Commissions MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR before further work may begin, no exceptions.

Payments will NOT be accepted before the sketch phase is completed and fully approved.

After payment is received, I will inform you of your spot on the waiting list if there are any commissions queued up before yours. I will also let you know once work on your request has properly begun. You may check the current waiting list and queue by clicking here.

4.  QUEUE AND FINALIZATION PHASE

This phase is usually the longest; it may take anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on several factors, such as:

  • Commission complexity;

  • Commission queue/waiting list;

  • My personal schedule, health, and availability.

Therefore, I kindly ask for your patience.

Depending on the situation, we may negotiate establishing a deadline, but only BEFORE payment.

As work on your commission progresses, I will send you updates. You may request simple alterations, such as color changes or small details/accessories, if you are dissatisfied.

You may also request for the result to be a surprise, if you wish.

5.  DELIVERY PHASE

I will send you the finished product via email after it is finalized. All files will be sent in the .PNG format, unless another format of your preference is specified by you beforehand.

You will receive:
